Studies indicate that the hot water extraction provides the best capability for cleaning. Although it is commonly referred to as "steam cleaning," steam isn't actually generated. We use hot water and a powerful truck mounted vacuum to recover the grime and soil. This is done from outside the home with only the hose and wand brought inside the home.
What to do Before We Arrive
Getting your home's carpets cleaned is a great way to freshen up your home and preserve your carpets life span.
While part hiring us is having someone else do the work, taking these steps can help make sure you get the cleanest carpet possible:
1. Vacuum, if needed - Removing as much debris from the carpet prior to a cleaning to help ensure we can focus on the deep down dirt.
2. Clean baseboards and registers - Cleaning these areas of debris can help ensure the carpet isn't soiled quickly following a cleaning.
3. Remove fragile items - knick-knacks, collectibles and any other fragile items should be moved from the cleaning area and placed in a safe area.
4. Remove valuable items
5. Move furniture, or we can move it for you and block it up for a small fee
6 smaller items should all be moved out of the area to be cleaned.
7. Free up a parking spot - the closer we can park to a door entering the area to be cleaned the better.
8. Show us areas that you are concerned about...if we know what the source of a particular stain is we will have an easier time cleaning it.
Although some stains are permanent we can eliminate most or at least make them less apparent.
